Sunbrella fabrics come with a standard 5 year limited no fade warranty. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and shipment of your umbrella. While these products generally arrive in 3-4 weeks, please remember this is an estimated time and is not a guarantee.
These commercial umbrellas include a 5 year Sunbrella fabric fade warranty and a 2 year commercial warranty (excluding wind damage). Note: This umbrella will not fit through a table due to the length of the ribs and diameter of the pole.
This umbrella can be custom ordered, please contact your local Wicker Land Patio for in store availability. Base Sold Separate. Frame colour is silver (chrome) standard. Please call your local Wicker Land Patio location if you are looking for a different frame colour.
We recommend a minimum 75lbs umbrella stand for free standing umbrellas. Umbrella base is not included in umbrella price.

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The actual levels of stock can change at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
