Residential Installation/Use:

– Limited One (1) Year Parts Warranty: We stand by the quality of our infrared heaters. If any part develops a defect within one year from the original purchase date, we’ll replace it. Just follow our installation and usage instructions.

Commercial Installation Use:

– Limited One (1) Year Parts Warranty: For commercial use, all parts (excluding the emitter lamp) are covered for one year. Additionally, the emitter lamp is also covered for one year. Please ensure proper installation and maintenance.

Exceptions:

– Our warranty doesn’t cover normal maintenance. Regular inspection and care are recommended as per the Installation and Operation Manual. Labor, diagnostics, transportation, and non-supplied components are not covered.

Conditions for Warranty Coverage:

– To qualify, your unit must be operated as instructed, properly installed, not altered, and used in a non-corrosive environment. Use only authorized products and maintain proper wiring and voltage conditions.

Duration of Warranty & Registration:

– Warranty starts on the date of purchase. Registration within 90 days at info@auraheater is necessary. Keep your receipt as proof. If not registered, the warranty begins from the factory shipment date.

Remedy Provided:

– Under warranty, we’ll replace any defective part within the warranty period. Labor for diagnosis and replacement is not covered. If the replacement part/product is unavailable, we may offer a credit.

Limitation of Liability:

– Our warranty covers parts for one year and has no other express or implied warranties. It does not extend to merchantability or suitability for specific purposes. We’re not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

– Your legal rights may vary by state. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these terms might not apply to you.

Outside Continental US & Canada:

– This warranty is for units sold in the continental US and Canada. Units sold elsewhere may have different warranties provided by distributors or sellers.

Delay Due to Unforeseen Events:

– We won’t be responsible for delays in warranty resolution caused by events beyond our control.

How to Obtain Warranty Service or Parts:

– For warranty claims or service, contact us at 905-568-7655. Please have the model number and purchase date ready. Do not return the unit to the store; follow the instructions in the manual.
