Jealous Devil recommends lighting a few starter cubes/bales (hey, junk mail works too!) under a charcoal chimney, or using an active torch such as a looflighter or MAP torch. Depending on lighting conditions, your charcoal should come to temperature and be ready for cooking within 10-20 minutes. We do not condone the use of lighter fluid. It’s cheating. And also gross.

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The actual levels of stock can change at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
