When you buy Ratana furniture, you’re getting peace of mind along with it. Our limited warranty starts from the day you buy and goes up to 15 years for frame structure, depending on the material. Whether it’s stainless steel or aluminum, we’ve got you covered. The weaving and finishes on the furniture are warrantied for 3 years. However, this doesn’t cover cosmetic issues like minor color variations or wear and tear like scratches. Additional components like tabletops, fabrics, and parts also come with their own limited warranties, ranging from 1 to 3 years. Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The actual levels of stock can change at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
