Ratana Residential Furniture Warranty: Up to 15 years limited warranty for frame structure, 3 years for weaving and finishes, and 1-3 years for additional components.
Wicker Land Patio Cushion & Sunbrella Fabric Warranty: 3 years limited warranty for cushion structure, mold and mildew, plus a 5-year Sunbrella fabric warranty against loss of color, strength, abrasion, and pilling.

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The actual levels of stock can change at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
